Lindsay Schilaty, the visionary behind Goodlife With Lindsay, is dedicated to transforming the lives of women navigating the challenges of peri and menopause. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching, Lindsay leverages her extensive knowledge and certifications in CrossFit, Yoga, and Social Emotional Learning to offer research-based strategies aimed at helping women lose weight and become strong during midlife.
